We Work On
The Business
Behind the Truck

Word Towing Solutions LLC provides marketing, technical and advisory services to towing, roadside and transport operators — from getting the phone to ring to making sure the job that followed actually got billed.

Three Lines of Work

Most operators need one of these, not all three. We will tell you which one on the first call.

01

Marketing

Get found by the people who need a truck now.

Search, local listings and paid placement for towing and transport operators — built around the calls that actually turn into jobs.

Marketing in detail

02

Technical

The phone, the dispatch board and the paperwork, connected.

Voice and data infrastructure, dispatch software and the integrations between them. We build and run the Vepsy platform on our own tow desk before anyone else runs it.

03

Advisory

What to fix first, and what to leave alone.

Operational review for owners: where jobs leak, what the numbers say, and which change pays for itself first. Including when the answer is one we do not sell.

Who We Work With

Towing & recovery

Light, medium and heavy duty operators running their own trucks, and the motor clubs and dealers that send them work.

Roadside assistance

Mobile tyre, lockout, jump-start and fuel operators — the jobs that live or die on how fast the phone gets answered.

Transport & logistics

Hauliers and equipment movers who need dispatch, documentation and billing to agree with each other.

We Run a Desk
of Our Own

We are not consultants who have only read about this. Word Towing Solutions runs its own dispatch operation on the same software we build and sell — including the calls that come in at two in the morning.

That platform is Vepsy: an AI voice agent that answers and qualifies, a dispatch console that places the job, payment that clears against an authorization taken up front, and a review request that goes out while the work is still fresh. Everything we recommend has already had to survive a real night shift.

Questions We Get Asked

What does Word Towing Solutions do?

Word Towing Solutions LLC provides marketing, technical and advisory services to towing, roadside assistance and transport operators. The work covers getting the phone to ring, answering and dispatching the job, and making sure the job that followed actually got billed. It is a North Carolina limited liability company based in Raleigh.

Do you only work with towing companies?

No. Word Towing Solutions works with towing and recovery operators, roadside assistance providers, and transport and logistics companies. The common thread is a business that sends a vehicle to a customer and gets paid for the job, rather than any one trade.

Do I have to buy all three services?

No. Marketing, technical and advisory are sold separately, and most operators need one of the three rather than all of them. Word Towing Solutions will say which one applies on the first call, including when the answer is that none of them do.

What is Vepsy, and how does it relate to Word Towing Solutions?

Vepsy is the dispatch platform that Word Towing Solutions LLC builds and operates. It includes an AI voice agent that answers and qualifies inbound calls, a dispatch console, payment capture against an authorization taken up front, and an automated review request. Word Towing Solutions runs its own dispatch desk on the same software it sells.

How much does it cost?

Marketing is a monthly retainer plus whatever is spent on ads, quoted per engagement. Technical infrastructure work is quoted per project, and the Vepsy platform is a monthly software fee plus usage measured per minute of call time, per dispatched job and per transaction. Advisory is quoted per engagement. There is no per-seat charge for dispatchers.

What areas do you serve?

Word Towing Solutions serves operators across the United States. The office is at 555 Fayetteville Street, Suite 201-A, Raleigh, North Carolina 27601.

Do you actually run a towing operation yourselves?

Yes. Word Towing Solutions runs its own dispatch desk on the same software it builds and sells, including overnight calls. Nothing reaches a customer's operation before it has run on that desk first.

What happens on the first call?

The first conversation is a review of how leads reach the business today, where jobs stall, and what that is costing. It is free and carries no obligation. If the most expensive problem is one Word Towing Solutions does not sell a fix for, that gets said on the first call rather than the fourth invoice.
