This policy covers information you give us through this website. The messaging programs we operate in the course of dispatching roadside work are covered separately and in full by our SMS Terms and Conditions.

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the company name, telephone number and message you choose to give us. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote or proposal, and to administer any engagement that follows. Where you have separately agreed to it, we may use your name and email addressto send occasional updates about our services.
Your telephone number is never used for marketing or promotional purposes.We use it only to reach you about the enquiry you submitted.
Mobile information
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.Where we operate a messaging program, numbers are shared only with the subcontractors who deliver the messages on our behalf — our messaging carrier and communications platform — and only for that purpose.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed by our website host in order to deliver them to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to answer them and to keep ordinary business records, and then deleted. Records of messaging consent and opt-out are kept for as long as we are required to be able to evidence them.
