Technical

The phone, the dispatch board and the paperwork, connected.

A towing business runs on a phone line, a dispatch board and an invoice, and in most operations those three things do not talk to each other. The address gets written on a pad, texted to a driver, and typed again into billing. Every handoff is somewhere a job can leak.

What we build

Phone systems that do not drop work

Voice and data infrastructure is where this company started: numbers, routing, hunt groups, after-hours handling, call recording where the law requires disclosure, and the reporting that tells you honestly how many calls went unanswered last month.

The Vepsy platform

Vepsy is the dispatch software we build and operate. An AI voice agent answers, works out what is wrong, quotes from your rate card and authorizes payment. The job lands on a live console already priced. Your driver closes it from their phone through a one-time link — no app, no login. Payment captures against the authorization already taken, and a review request goes out while the customer is still standing there.

It is sold in pieces. If you already have dispatch you are happy with, the voice agent will hand qualified calls into it and leave the rest alone.

Integration work

Motor club feeds, accounting systems, payment processing, GPS and telematics. The unglamorous work of making two systems agree about what a job is, so that nobody re-keys an address ever again.

Proven on our own desk

We run a dispatch operation of our own on this software, including the two in the morning calls. Nothing reaches a customer's operation until it has survived ours. That is the whole reason this line of business exists — we built these tools because we needed them.

How it is priced

Infrastructure work is quoted per project. The platform is a monthly fee for the software you switch on plus usage in each part's own honest unit — per minute of call time, per dispatched job, per transaction. No credits, no tokens, no per-seat charge for your dispatchers.
