Advisory

What to fix first, and what to leave alone.

Most owners already know something is wrong. What they do not have is an outside read on which problem is costing the most — which is rarely the one that feels loudest.

What an engagement looks like

1 · Where the work comes from

How leads reach you today, in what volume, at what hours, and what share of them you actually convert. Usually the first surprise is how many calls go unanswered after six o'clock.

2 · What happens to a job

We follow one real job end to end — the call, the dispatch, the driver, the paperwork, the invoice, the payment — and mark every point where information gets re-entered by a human or waits on somebody to remember something.

3 · What the numbers say

Cost per job, cost per acquired customer, average days to payment, and the spread between what was quoted and what was collected. Most operations have never had these lined up next to each other.

4 · What to fix first

A short written recommendation, ordered by what pays for itself soonest, with the ones you can do yourself marked as such.

Including when the answer is no

We sell marketing and we sell software, so it is worth saying plainly: if the thing costing you the most is neither, we will tell you, and say so on the first call rather than the fourth invoice. Sometimes the answer is hiring a second dispatcher, or dropping a motor club contract that pays forty days late.

How it is priced

Quoted per engagement, scoped to the size of the operation. The initial conversation costs nothing and is not a sales call in disguise — if there is nothing here for you, that is a perfectly good outcome.

Tell us what is not working

One conversation, no obligation. We will tell you where the money is leaking — including when the fix is one we do not sell.
