How We Got Here

The company began in voice and data infrastructure — phone systems, networks, and the plumbing that businesses only think about when it breaks. Towing operators kept turning up with the same complaint: the phone worked fine, and the jobs still fell apart after the call ended.

So we started running a dispatch operation ourselves, to find out where the work actually leaks. It leaks at the handoffs — the address written on a pad, the price agreed verbally and never written down, the invoice raised three days later from memory. Everything we build now is aimed at those seams.

That work became Vepsy, the dispatch platform we operate and sell. We still run our own desk on it, which is the only reason we are willing to tell another owner it will hold up at two in the morning.

Messaging and Legal

Word Towing Solutions LLC operates SMS and MMS messaging programs in the course of dispatching roadside work.
